Stephen,
Apologies. I missed your post.
I frequently have groups of 200-700 using LS. Most the microstructures scale up easily. Collecting insights and actions takes planning + harvesters and synthesizers. The LS book has an example with 300+ participants you can check out. Also, you can e-mail me keith@liberatingstructures.com
Hi,
I am assisting with the design of a conference or summit meeting on dementia. While some of the two days will be normal presentation by experts sessions, we also want to engage everyone in dialogue to identify ways forward to deal with many of the issues that both people with dementia, families, and service providers face. We hope that from this sort of meeting the organisation, The New Zealand Dementia Cooperative, can provide policy and practice advice to government and providers. Has anyone had experience of using Liberating Structures with groups of up to 250 people? If so, what worked and what was not so useful? Or if not, any ideas? Thanks in advance for your assistance, Stephen
