I want to use 1-2-4-All in my class but it has 10 students. Obviously I can either do 1-2 and then either 5 or one group of 4 and one of 6. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

You join the singe pair... making a three. You have a convo with yourself prior to joining the pair. Make sense. Could break down barriers if they exist.

I have a group of seven (myself included). That gives me
6 times 1,
3 times 2,
2 times 3 (breaking up one of the pairs) or a group of 4 and a group of 3, where I join the last group (as suggested by Keith).

Breaking up a pair seems to go against the structure, since their ideas will spread to the whole group immediately. This might be remedied by asking for unique ideas in the "all" part.
What do you think?
