I am looking to use the WINFY liberating structure at an upcoming meeting with leadership representatives from all functional areas in our organization. My question or goal is something like: How do we design and deliver a program that reflects our strategy or something like that? Can the goal be as generic as that or does it have to more specific, e.g. do I have to specify the parameters of the program (my issue if I'm too specific is that not all areas may be involved in such a program)...So just to reiterate, how specific does the goal have to be? Can be generic enough to apply to anyone in the organization, or does it have very specific (which may leave some people less interested and involved)?
